Introducing the Posture Program

I'm super excited to announce that my 12 Week Posture Program is now Live on my website and available for membership! This has been a labor of love for the past several months and I am so happy it is finally here.

Correcting and maintaining good posture is the biggest reason people come to train with me, so I took the same strategies and techniques that I use with my clients and distilled them into a generalized program that anyone can benefit from. The program is phased into 3 parts - Mobilization, Activation, and Strengthening.
