Online Training
Online Training is a great way to retain the flexibility to workout wherever and whenever you want, while receiving individualized workouts and access to your trainer, all at a much lower cost than in-person training.

Step 2. Lindsay will follow-up via email with a link to schedule a phone consultation. During the consultation we will go over your intake form and answer any questions you may have
Step 3. A link will be sent to your email for you to sign-up for the training app and create your profile. When you are ready to start, workouts will be loaded into your calendar!
FAQ
How is online training different than in-person training?
My clients who train with me in-person come into my studio during regular scheduled sessions. With online training, I create workout programs that are still individualized and customized to your needs and goals, but are delivered to you via an app for you to complete on your own. While I’m not there in person while you workout, I do still provide accountability and am very accessible if something doesn’t feel right and we need to check form.
How will I receive my workouts?
Workouts will be delivered to you every week in your online app portal. There are video demonstrations of each exercise I give you so you can be sure you are completing them correctly.
How do I contact my coach?
Our primary means of communication will be via the training app. However, for longer conversations, email or zoom may be used.
What if I am traveling for an extended period of time?
This is one of the amazing things about online training - if you are traveling, I can customize the workouts to involve very little equipment so you can keep up with your workout routine while being away from the gym.
What if I don’t have any or very limited workout equipment?
During our phone consultation, I will make a list of all equipment you have as well as things around where you live that might be helpful. It’s okay if you don’t have much - I can get quite creative, but I may advise you to purchase a few items if I think they would greatly benefit your results.
What is the cost of online training?
The cost of online training is $200/month. Depending on your fitness level and goals, this includes 2-5 workouts per week as well as unlimited communication with your coach through the app.
How will I be held accountable?
I am able to see if and when you complete each workout, and you are able to leave comments for me at the end of each. We have regular check-ins to ensure we are on the right track and I can adjust workout frequency and intensity to make sure you are hitting your goals.
How many workouts will I be given every week?
This will depend on your fitness level, time availability, goals, and workout preference but will range anywhere from 2-4 workouts per week.
