Programs

Each program below has been carefully crafted based on my years of experience working one-on-one with clients. I have noticed what works and what doesn’t work, what clients enjoy, know, and need. I have seen great results with my in person clients and am confident that these programs can replicate that same success.

Following a workout program can be extremely beneficial compared to doing the same routine day in and day out. Each program is phased so you have enough time to learn important movements but you don’t spend too much time in that phase for your body to plateau. We keep progressing at a steady pace which ensures you continue to see results.

Each program lasts for a specified amount of time, but varies depending on how complex the goal Is. The programs are completed via an app called Trainerize. When you sign-up for a program, an email will be sent to you to create an account and your chosen program will be automatically downloaded into your calendar. Feel free to move the days around that you want to complete your exercises, but otherwise try to stick to the program as closely as possible. Once you finish a program, you can either start that program back from the beginning, choose a different program, or if you are interested in more customized training moving forward, you can join me for one-on-one Online Training. Posture Program

This program is meant for anyone wanting to improve their posture. It is a perfect add-on to an existing workout program, and it’s also a great starting program for those who are just beginning a workout routine.

Starter Strength

This program is meant for anyone who is totally new to strength training as well as those for whom it's been a while. The goals of this program are to: introduce foundational movements and exercises, acclimate your body and mind to exercise to prepare you for more challenging programs, and to establish a regular and consistent workout routine.

Toned Over 50

As we age, our bodies change, our energy levels decrease, and it can be tough to know what we can do about it. This program is based on my many years of experience helping people over the age of 50 lose body fat, gain muscle, and increase energy and mood.
