Program Introduction:

Age 50 tends to be where clients come to me with noticeable changes in how their body looks, feels, and moves. If you’ve been sitting at a desk working for decades, you’re likely one of those people. Maybe you have less energy than you had when you were younger, have more body fat than you want, have achy and stiff joints and back, or for health reasons know you should be exercising more. This program is for you. With Four Phases, this program will take you from all of the above to having more energy and confidence, a faster metabolism, more total strength, and defined muscle.

FAQ

Can anyone complete this program?

This program is meant for people who have a baseline understanding of foundational exercises. While you can start without having exercised recently, exercise experience in the past will come in handy. If you are brand new to strength training, the Starter Strength Program is the perfect place for you to start.

What if I don’t know what these exercises are?

That’s okay! There are videos of each exercise demonstrating how to do them properly In the app. Watch them carefully and ask any questions you have.

Can I do this program simultaneously with my current workout routine?

No, this program is meant as a total workout program with fairly high levels of volume as you progress. Doing too much will stall your progress. It’s okay if you want to do some low intensity exercise on your non-workout days, but if you start to notice more fatigue, that’s a good sign you are doing too much.

What equipment do I need?

  • Long resistance bands ranging from light to heavy

  • Full Foam Roller (long, not the super short ones)

  • Sets of dumbbells ranging from light to heavy.
