Book An Appointment

While my monthly memberships are currently full, I have opened up my calendar for those who would like to book individual training sessions at their own pace. This works for both in-person and virtual sessions!

This is perfect if you:

  • Want to learn or improve a particular movement

  • Want advice with your current workout routine

  • Have aches/pains or other movement limitations you want to learn how to improve

  • Are preparing for a total knee replacement or hip replacement surgery

  • Simply want a full body workout catered to your individual needs

If there is not currently an opening that works for you, continue checking back as I sometimes get same-week cancellations.
